Concerning Indonesian Furniture
- How do I order a container?
All you have to do is go through the catalogue, write down the
codes, quantities, and fabric selection (where applicable), and fax
the information to us. In return, we will send you an order confirmation
stating the lead time along with the total cost of your order. Once
you have reviewed your order, make any necessary changes, sign your
order and fax it back to us.
- Can I choose what I
put on my container?
Absolutely! Just tell us which and how many items you want. If
the item is not in our catalogue, but you know it is being produced
in Indonesia, just send us a picture of the item, and we will do our
best to add it to our product line.
- Can I mix different
product lines on my container?
Absolutely! You can choose from our reproduction mahogany furniture,
colonial teak, garden teak, painted whitewash, Venetian mirrors, and
our new line of pine furniture..
- What is the cost of
a container?
Most 40ft containers cost between $17,000 and $20,000. The actual
number varies according to the product mix in your container.
- How many pieces will
fit on a container?
Approximately 180 to 225, depending on what pieces you choose.
- Can a container be
shipped anywhere?
Yes
- Are pre-loaded containers
available?
Yes, occasionally. Please call for availability.
- Can I choose the upholstery
(fabric) I want?

we offer are listed there.
- What kind of finish
do you offer?
We offer two finishes for our reproduction mahogany line: the
traditional red mahogany sprayed finish, and our hand-rubbed brown
finish. Sample pictures will be available on our website soon. If
you would like wood samples, please call or e-mail us.
- Where do you currently
ship?
We ship all over the world to countries like Canada, The Dominican
Republic, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany, and more.
- How do you pack the
container?
We use a three-step packing process. First, a water-resistant
wax paper, followed by single-sided corrugated cardboard. Finally,
on the edges and tops, we use a heavy cardboard to protect the items
from rubbing against each other in the container.
- How long will it take
to get my container?
Most containers are shipped within 4 to 6 weeks after we have
received a confirmed order.
- When do I have to pay
for my container?
We offer a discount for early payment, but the net amount of the
invoice is due 14 working days after the container is shipped from
the factory. Please see the "Terms & Conditions" on
our website.
- What do I do if some
of the items on the container arrive damaged?
Since every situation is different, each damage claim is handled
on a case-by-case basis. In general, however, any manufacturing defect
or damage that results from improper packing, and is in excess of
5% of the value of the shipment, is covered by the factory. Please
